Bill Potts, Vice President of Operations in charge of technical support, works out of headquarters in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Bill has been involved in industrial distribution of bearings for 47 years and associated with Bartlett Bearing Company for over 30 years. Bill has attended various training programs presented by bearing manufacturers and also has presented numerous seminars to electric motor shops, end users and local EASA chapters.
